Lend a hand for America's land in celebration of National Public Lands Day in the West Eugene Wetlands. National Public Lands Day is a yearly chance for Americans to take ownership of these lands, which are constantly threatened by a variety of causes. Meet at the Wetland Project Office, 751 S. Danebo Ave at 9 a.m. Wear clothes that can get dirty. Gloves and tools will be provided. This presentation/meeting will be at the site of the future Education Center, 751 S. Danebo Ave. Rowell Brokaw will present the Master Plan design of the Education Center that emerges from options developed in the design cycles. The public is invited to review this draft Master Plan and provide comments as the architects and Education Center Planning Team move forward in finalizing the Master Plan for the site this fall.
